  I can’t complain about the quality of the food: I’ve never been given raw chicken or anything of the sort.
  
  However, perhaps 2/3 of our visits have been marked by staff who either do not care or are incredibly rude. The only reason customers keep coming back is we don’t have any other local Popeye’s.
  
  The staff once got my order wrong three times after taking 20 minutes for the FIRST wrong order. When I pointed out the error, the workers never even looked at me; they yanked the bag away, “fixed it,” and threw it back across the counter (the order was still wrong). This was not a unique experience — we’ve come to expect it from this location.
