  Out of State for job
  Suddenly I move to other state for job
  April 26, 2017, at 12:17 - landing APT manager call me. She can explain about fee.
  That APT manager say, I can break any time lease but pay everything. Actually I pay 4,1xx.xx something but assistant manager makes down. you pay last monthly fee and both the termination fee 1,150 and repayment of concession fee 1,150 more.
  
  I ask Lease number 22.
  
  22. RELEASE OF RESIDENT. Unless you're entitled to terminate this Lease Contract under paragraphs 10, 16, 23, 31, or 37, you won't be released from this Lease Contract for any reason - including BUT NOT LIMITED to voluntary or involuntary school withdrawal or transfer, voluntary or involuntary job transfer, marriage, separation, divorce, reconciliation, loss of co-residents, loss of employment, bad health, or dearth.
  
  The manager answer is, The Lease number 22 means "even I death I pay everything. You don't have to contact my boss. My boss know everything."
  
  I wonder, What purpose She say that to me?
  
  I called Heritage Properties then left massage. April 27th 2017, 11:23 AM other manager called me. She will be contact me as soon as. Now I'm waiting her.

  The fact is, if I break the lease I must pay $2,300.
  I move to other state for job without my family.
  My wife and kids stay this apartment. "end of lease"
