  Worst experience ever! Tried to leave AT&T, but everything that we were told regarding the promotion that we agreed to (at this location) was incorrect. After two weeks of dealing with the Manager (who sold us the plan) and with corporate customer service, we were told that the "in store" promotion had ended the week before and that we were not eligible for it. Our monthly bill increased from the agreed $146 to over $200. We told them that we were bringing the phones back and wanted the contract canceled, but were then told that even though they made a mistake, there would be a restocking fee. YES, a restocking fee????!!!! This location is not a corporate store, it is individually owned and they do not have to follow the corporate/national promotions. Corporate customer service was unable to help, even though they tried, because the individually owned stores can make up their own promotions and they are not privileged to them. The store manager is a child, with not even an ounce of experience nor customer service skills. Do not use this location!
