  Dr. Smith is a great surgeon! He's very kind, charismatic, and is great at what he does. Most of the staff is wonderful as well (and by most, I mean all but the one with the attitude... but every office has that one bad apple). Dental implants are painful, as expected, but I'm sure the degree varies from patient to patient, and it beats the alternative. It is very very expensive, and that comes with no special treatment... ask the one bad apple assistant and she'll tell you.
